GFX Advice!!

So basically i made this banner in photoshop
I went for a SAO (Sword Art Online) Theme and i think it turned out alright for one of my first ever banners.
I would like for the community of MCMarket to help me and give me some constructive criticism (What i did well, What i did bad etc.)

Color Corrections, text Change. Effects.

Free transform the text to make it angeled. Download a gradient pack. Add more color corrections. Get a better font. Maybe make a duplicate the pic of the Anime guy, put the layer behind the original, turn down the opacity, and add motion blur. Hopefully this helps!

Also remove that square near the profile picture

Yea when i saved the banner i forgot to hide the profile picture box :/
