GFX Artist / Illustrator - With time to invest

I'm starting up a Minecraft server project along with a couple of friends of mine. We're all developers, or at least have experience in the topic. Meaning the development part is covered. However, what we do lack is creativity and skills for GFX.

Do you have time to invest, and are you interested in investing some time into the project? It's yet undecided what kind of server we'll launch, there will be multiple servers however. If we succeed, you'll be paid for both previous and future work for the project. And we have a way better chance of succeeding with high quality and unique graphics.

We could probably do a trade, your skills for my skills, if you need anything done in terms of websites, or other things. I'm not great at Java or plugins for servers, but I know basics. We'll discuss these details if you're interested.

What I need is a few icons, and I grabbed the rendered blocks from the Minecraft wiki. I need a replacement for all the blocks I need, in a nicer and more drawing-themed design.

I also need a new logo and a server icon, that'll be used as the server icon, on social media and everywhere a little square avatar-ish picture fits.

Yeah, the problem is I lack money at the moment, but the current graphical profile of my project lacks enough to hold me back. I don't feel like it's high quality enough to even bother with. And since it doesn't hurt to ask, I did.

And since I know web development (not design, well a little, but mainly back-end), I can offer my experience on that topic in return.

Otherwise, I'm paying when or if my project succeeds. Which I can't guarantee. However, I'm going to work out an actual idea of a concept to start with, that I can expand on as I go. That way it'll probably be way easier to know whether or not I'm worth investing either time or money in. Currently I do understand that I lack a lot of details and potential to even be worth considering.
