GFX Thumbnail/logo and banner

I am looking for a graphics artist who can make a Logo for my server name CyathicMC. I am also looking for banners. What I want in my logo is the name of the server and a shield. Our color scheme is Red, white, and black. I want a medieval touch to it and not Minecraft involved in the logo. In the banner I want it to be an advertisement so I want it to say Factions and other stuff correlating to the server.
