In all honesty, your asking for too much at once. If you want help start learning through your own experience and/or ask users that make digital art, or more on here various questions whether it be like "What program do you use?", "What should the dimensions be for _____ .", etc. It takes time but, it works way more efficiently than getting other to teach you.

Here's why you should not ask users to teach you.
-Most of the time you'll hear/learn things that completely useless or they are just full of bullshit.
-Depending on what type of learner you are (Audio, Visual, or Tactile-Kinesthetic) you could possibly be taught a way you don't understand at all.
-When people teach you, it gets boring and slowly gets into the feel of a class that gets repetitive, causing you to lose focus, inspiration, enthusiasm, etc.

Sorry if you consider this to not be helpful but, this is all from self experience and I advise you read over it carefully and use my tips to your advantage.
