I'd never use this host, I used them once, has 3 3GB servers, they deleted my acc one day, opened a ticket, and said I never had an acc before.

I have had a 12GB server for 4 months or so. Summary is: Offline majority of the time, "insufficient java memory" (It's a 12GB server, running vanilla) Ticket responses take 3+ days. Safe to say i will be leaving this Thursday.

New thread doesn't mean the hate you're receiving is going away any time soon mate. GGServers is still terrible and will remain that way until they decide to close.

My server was a bit slow and wasn't lag free, if I had 5 people in the server it was going to lag no matter what. It was a 4GB Server and it wasn't so great.[DOUBLEPOST=1421801825,1421801768][/DOUBLEPOST]

I do not understand this. If you do not like this service or have anything useful to say get off the thread rather than bashing it constantly.
I do agree that bashing threads are very bad and this is a definitely a negative part on the community's reputation. However, if we think positively, this amount of attention is really good, as of a marketing perspective on just "attention". We provide legitimate services, that's extremely affordable, which is a plus.

Getting attention is good, but when you get "bad" attention, well, that is bad.
It like going on Amazon and seeing a chair for $100. But it has a 1 star review. Then you see a $120 chair, and a total of 5 stars. Not sure about you, but I'd get the $120 chair.

Yes Indeed. We get many positive reviews and many happy customers on our support end, and we recently just installed our 100th panel. :)
I was just explaining how my server was laggy and it basically is saying that somethings on the server host went wrong.
There are worst hosts than this, just maybe a little upgrading could do the trick?

Oh well haha. Haven't used your services so I can't really give my own criticism, but, from what I've seen. Your not very reputable.

I don't believe that non-customers should be allowed to pass judgement on a provider, nor outright call them bad simply because of another person's reviews. Without having experienced the servers yourself, feel free to not buy from them. Nobody ever faulted somebody for going with a different company. But to post on their thread with no actual client-company experience is pretty immature and damaging to both you and the company at hand.

I, for one, respect Eric's dedication greatly and wish him the best as they continue to improve and grow their company.

I totally understand what your trying to say and trying to basically tell us not to post the issues we had about the server and its problems. I think there is something that you might need to know, as I was trying to say I was basically just saying that upgrading servers would be a great option to this issue.
Mostly all the problems are lagging issues, I didn't have a ticket issues, or purchasing servers from them, I don't hate the owners personally only I don't recommend having their servers as a building server.

Even if you purchase a high amount of ram its not non-lag servers. I find it silly how hosting companies say something like that but when I purchase a server its a different response.

Also its upsetting how many people agree that this company isn't so great, that means something. Maybe one to two problems but more than two people are saying the issue. Possibly more who just don't want to say or haven't been with their service.

I was very obviously referring to those people who have never had a server with them or have never tried one of their servers. Some people can have the worst experience ever with a company, while somebody else will find that it's the best thing since sliced bread and butter. That's just a fact of life in the hosting industry. So, until you try it and get a feel for yourself, I don't believe you should come on here and defame the company.

I can't personally vouch for or against GGServers. I've never directly used them. Therefore, I'm not going to post positively or negatively.

Also, please don't accuse me of censorship. You're free to post with your experience... if you've actually had a service or experience with them. Otherwise, I'd kindly ask that you lay off. If you're going to post bad reviews, make them constructive so the company could possibly use it to improve what they do.

Here is some of my honest opinions. I don't know what GGServers has done in the past, and how they operated in the past. I can't deny what has happened in the past and I can't comment on it. All I know is that we have improved and improving. Nobody is perfect, and I can pretty surely say we are possibly noway near perfection. We are on our way, however - as a budget host, to provide as much as we can, at an affordable range to both customer and the company.

I feel truthfully sorry of the people who have had a bad experience with us, that's really unfortunate. But I don't take control of the stock, or the server status directly. As a representative(since I posted the thread), I apologise for the bad experience and all I can say is we are trying our best, and we can do better and we are heading our way to that.

As a representative(since I posted the thread), please do not post any false reviews or just "Let's hate GGServers, because it seems what all the other's are doing!", because that's just not right as an (attempt to) add-on to what OSTKCabal said - let us have the feedback so we can improve. And as what Lethal has pointed out, and UniquePanda has said, we have lots of bad reviews, and good reviews are definitely better. However, I do feel that, to keep myself optimistic and keep myself from not being that "one guy who's just so bad", those bad reviews are a result of staying in the market for long and have provided many, many customers. And, plus, of course that attention still might help us gain attention to whoever didn't know us - despite the fact that over 50% of them are false and negative reviews. But since we have competitive prices, I think many people will still try and give us a chance.

BlakeTheBuilder Yes, It does mean that if there is much negative reviews, something is up. But most people, if they are unsatisfied, they leave negative reviews, rather than satisfied people leaving positive reviews. We are improving, and I hope you understand that.

TheGrumn, As an individual and the company, I felt that your "review" was just "I hate you, so let me hate you more" sort of thing. That's not right, and saying we are terrible and we will stay terrible until we close, is just not right and straight up, disrespectful. I hope that you can think more on what you post and what this will mean to your reputation and what you are responsible for. And you haven't been a direct customer with us, so I think that you should refrain from posting these posts.

Same for you, Cypher_ , false reviews doesn't help - as I have not received any PMs from you.

As an individual, I am just doing what's benefiting for a company that I work for, as an employee. I do not wish to be judged by the reputation the company has, and I do not wish to be offended by it. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to PM me or comment here.
