Hi i'm Ability i am the Owner of GhastHub and I am looking for a staff for my server
everyone starts as Helper and works their way up.

Requirements:

• You must have played the server for a minimum of 10 hours playtime at the very minimum. We do this as we require active as well as dedicated members of the community to hop on the staff team.
• You must have the ability to talk on Discord via a microphone as well as some knowledge of Discord.
• You must be 15-years-old at the very least (We make exceptions based on maturity) to be considered for helper, while we understand that the playerbase tends to be pretty young, it allows us to get in more mature people to be helpers, people who will be able to moderate with a level head.

I don't know why this feels like more of an advertisement to play 10 Hours on you're server than a Staff-Application.

That requirement was added due to everyone applying for staff the moment they join. We look for dedicated players who will actually play and help not people who apply and never join again.

Once again, you are on MC-Market.

Most staff you find here aren't here for the game, they are here to work and for a sense of community.

Understandable, but your best bet is a vetting 'trial' process if anything.
Let everyone apply (qualified & experienced members tend to apply immediately, then play, then go from there), have a trial stage where you test their skills & dedication, after the trial ends you can sort them through there. Not many qualified staff will join & play for hours before applying, especially if they're looking for several jobs.

Just my tip, take it or leave it, best of luck regardless.
