I need a GIF background for my PC. I want it to be one of the two following ideas.
- A $100 bill kinda just waving around near the white house.
- A clip from the movie "The Wolf of Wallstreet"
The first option has to be extremely detailed if you are making it custom.
The second one is just a clip, you don't need to do any editing.
- Take a clip from the movie.
- Crop it to that size.
- Make it a GIF.
Option One: Up to $20 if I really like it.
Option Two: $5
