GIF quality

I have made an animated banner for myself and the quality is awful.
I have created this banner in Adobe Flash CC and it looks very good when I am in the program.
Only the GIF look terrifying.
The background should be 1 color and not like that. It has like millions of dots over it.

How do I fix it?

Try exporting it as an AVI and converting it to a GIF using a site such as https://ezgif.com/. Ensure that the compression level is the lowest it can be to retain as much quality as possible.

There is no option to export it as AVI.

Yea have a MOV version.

Already tried those sites. It will convert it to GIF but will make the quality the same as I sent here. :\

  • Add your .mov file.
• Click on the first dropdown box on the right-hand side and select 'Animated GIF'.
