GIF server banner for voting sites

I am looking for someone who can make me a GIF server banner that I'll use for various voting sites (so I'll need different file sizes depending on their file size limit). If you're interested please PM me with your portfolio, and a price or price range*. I am also open to templates so hmu if you have any of those.

If possible please show examples of what kind of banner I'll get for a certain price.

*I'll probably try to low-ball c;

are you able to remove the server IP on the side on the template banners, and how much for color change? (if that's allowed)

Don't enter anything in the IP box if you don't want it, all templates come in red, green, blue, orange and purple.
