Hello, sorry to be a bother but for some reason when trying to upgrade my account I can't use my PayPal balance as a payment method, I was wondering if someone would gift me it and id happily send you the $10 required Id rather someone well-known if that's possible

It's not allowing me to use my PayPal balance as a payment option, only a visa.
The $10 will be sent to you via my balance friends and family.
You were once a new member yourself so it's quite absurd to make a remark such as ''You are a new member and will most likely use it to scam''
