Github Database plugin

Hello all, what I am in need of is a highly complex Github Database plugin. This Database will connect to my server. This Github will have to contain stuff for mobs, and missions. I have an account that has access to a server that does this exact thing, I am more than willing to give it to a plugin Dev/Team willing to take on this project.
