Hold weekly faction wars between all factions and whichever faction has the most enemy kills will get a powerboost to conquer the other faction's territory making it easier to claim.

Make a medieval themed factions server with custom items to fit the theme.

Such as crossbows, healing bandages, chimera wings, etc.

Along with the medieval theme, you can have caves built in the warzone with boss battles within them such as dragons.

I can write a whole essay on what you can do to make a unique factions server like this if you want. Just to go into depth with everything, if you need ideas.

FactionsX core
It's a really unheard of factions core plugin, but it comes with a ton of cool additions for free such as void chests, faction banners, f claim line, etc.

Outposts
This is a really cool add-on to factions. If you haven't heard of it, basically there's a set "outpost" on the map somewhere that players are able to capture throughout the day. Having the outpost in your control gives your faction certain benefits such as 2x mcMMO experience, in-game money per 30 minutes, etc. Outposts creates tons of fun PvP fights with factions defending the outpost or trying to capture it. I'd highly suggest this plugin.

Spawners:

Spawners should be mineable, but not give EXP. This will prevent lag causing traps, and overall less op exp gain.

World Generation:

I believe that ores should spawn at half their normal rate. This is to make mining more difficult, and make ores very valuable.

Factions:

Faction creation should cost 20k, to limit the number of random factions that disappear in 20 seconds. A faction should take a lot of work to create, not just a simple command. Chests should also be able to be opened in claims, and claims should cost 10k per chunk. No refunds at all.

World Border:

16k Square, meaning from spawn, it extends 8k blocks.

Level up System?

Custom death plugin, like it spawns in a hologram when you die

and won't take space example 1 ig farm 10x10 that can contain 100 spawners in it
