Isn’t it a violation of Hypixels’ terms of usage to sell in game items for money?
If that’s the case, then selling them on here is a violation of rule 5.4.
We should not start encouraging their sale, in fact, we should stop tolerating it.
The more exceptions we make to our rules forbidding sale without right, the more we slip down the slope towards failing to uphold our position as a respectable, professional and trustworthy marketplace where confidence is inspired in the people considering selling their products/services here.

Listen, I agree a separate section shouldn't be created, but enforce rules equally.
It should be well recognized by everyone by now that I’m strongly in support of the removal of MC accounts and consistent enforcement of rule 5.4.
The most recent suggestion thread to remove MC accounts will not be the last, I assure you.
Unless the community wants management blatantly going against a very significant majority of number of voters, we’re forced to take only small steps towards removing the inconsistencies, and this is one occasion of that.
Agreed. Just because we are doing 1 thing wrong doesn't mean that gives a free pass for everything else. We can't use this excuse to keep doing more things that break ToS of many other companies.

I don’t believe this is really necessary but I do see where people are coming from in regards to rule 5.4. That rule isn’t really being adhered to as of now and I don’t think it’s fair to necessarily shoot down one idea that violates the rules when there are countless other products being sold on Mc-Market that currently violate 5.4.
