Give supreme members the premium tag

I found out today that supreme is discounted when you purchase premium beforehand. I did not know this when I purchased supreme so now I don't get to have the premium tag without having to spend an extra $10.

This is only for members who have purchased both ranks before the upgrade became available.
Because they would have paid $10 more than they needed to, now that premium is included in the purchase for supreme.
