I see so reason why "free stuff/services" cannot fall under the giveaway section. (which already exists)
This is where they've gone so far, and as far as I'm aware, everyone's happy with it like that.

You people want the most irrelevant forums to cover everything word by word. You'd want two separate sections for "Rules" and "Terms" by this logic.
