Giving $20 fortnite Fix

so basically when I go in fortnite window full screen or full screen when’s something intense happens it freezes my whole pc 20 if you fix it
What I’ve done :
Reinstall graphic drivers
Tried all yt vids
Wiped my entire pc
Please help

Also this only occurred since I installed my new gpu GTX 1070

The only thing I can think of is that my friend had this problem and he found that turning down the resolution actually fixed this problem for him. I mean i would suggest trying that
