Technically, you cannot give away this setup without official permission from the developer, otherwise this is considered as leaking plugins. All you have to do is include proof from the developer of the plugins that you own the resell rights of this plugin.

Without including proof of resell rights you cannot sell these plugins here. Take down the thread or post proof of resell rights. Not that hard.
