We were switching dedicated servers to a more powerful dedicated and some other supervisors has issues and did some stuff to the old one

Stop trashing. This is a giveaway, not a panel review. Quite petty you must go that far just to trash another host's giveaway. I know what you'll say: "I just want to know why the panel is down", but you're doing much more then that. You're making a big deal out of downtime. I know the market is saturated, but this 'Host vs Host' bickering is annoying. Let them do what they want, they don't need competition criticizing their every move. If you were a client, then sure, you can complain, but you're only doing it to make it bigger then what it needs to be.
