I'm posting this on the behalf of the user known as Naser . Over the time Naser was on this forum he grew to the love it the same as other people do. He's willing to try to re-write his past wrong just to make things right. Over the time that he was using Naser he became a quite well-known individual that quite a few members respected. I hope we can work something out that can mend an open wound. This next part is from Naser

Hello MCM members, this is regarding the ban of Naser ,

Greetings everyone, I was recently banned on MCM for "Ban Evading", I won't disagree, yes, I've ban evaded. My first account was Joker_ . I will explain how my main account was banned, and why I believe I should be given a second chance.

I was making a deal with a user for a Steam Gift Card, 50$, sold for 35$. The user was willing to go first, therefore, after getting the money, I've sent the code. The user claimed that the code was used, which I doubt honestly, since I've scratched it as soon as he sent the money. Anyways, he sent screenshots, so I couldn't say he's a liar. But the problem is, he refunded it through PayPal, therefore, I had a negative balance, since I've used some of the money. I thought he took the money since I had a negative balance, and he refunded through PayPal, I've stated that I will give a refund, and I am to be blamed about this, since I should have "checked" whether the code is used or not, somehow.
Anyways, I had exams these days, so there was no use for the gift card, and I rarely opened MCM these days. It turns out I was banned, even though I thought he got the refund, and I really liked the MCM community. I decided to make a new account, everything was really smooth and I climbed the "reputation" ladder pretty quickly, I've become known in less than a month, and eventually, got gifted Premium + a Green name color by Seb1 (thanks!), I should have tried unbanning the first account, but I never thought about it honestly.
Okay, I will offer a FULL refund, to the user, (he knows who he is), if he haven't received it from PayPal, and start "over" with a legal account. If you can vouch, please do. Anything would help me get unbanned!

This is the sort of thing done through support request. I still don't see why people think making it public is going to change things.
Have they submitted an appeal before?
Yes - then it got denied and there's no second appeal
No - submit this appeal as a support request, and wait for the outcome. done.

Sorry I was not aware that there is a protocol for this sort of thing.

It took me 5 times to finally appeal successfully.

So instead of saying something about it after he was banned on Joker_, he chooses to alt and then once he's caught, all of a sudden he feels sorry for himself?

If he truly believed he was wrongfully banned, he should've resolved the issue with us instead of sweeping everything under the rug and making an alt, only to get bitten in the ass later when he got caught.

And this isn't even the first alt he's made. He had a bunch of alts in the past to rateboost himself.
