I recommend, if you actually want Admins+ they should be paid.

Admins dont usually get paid

Your crazy lol, Admins+ usually get paid, if not most will leave. Just saying.

Depends how big of a server you're running tbh. I doubt a server peaking at say 10 players will neither have the funds nor will want to pay admins. A server that makes a good income would only be fair though.
