I believe your comparing of staff teams to “most teams” is rather out seen as I don’t actually know of many staff teams that are that bad, in fact I don’t think I can say any that are that awful.

Thanks for the concern, however, I have just updated the thread with a new design that removed that part, thank you!
Also, I would like to mention that if you want to apply for staff, don't private message me with a thread and ask if I'm interested. Just go ahead and apply on the forums, thanks!

I don't recall private messaging you about becoming a staff member as quite frankly I'm not interested in being staff on any server.
