Today I'm looking for someone to make me a Global Core, optimized, clean coding...

In this Global Core I would like :

Format : Feature - Command - Permission



* Heal - /heal - vinecore.heal -> Ability to feed players

* Feed - /feed - vinecore.feed -> Ability to feed players

* No Weather - X - X -> No rain etc...

* Gamemodes (CREATIVE, SURVIVAL, ADVANTURE) - /gmc /gms /gma - vinecore.gamemodes -> Ability to change gamemodes

* Ping Viewer - /ping, /ping <player> - vinecore.ping -> View ours ping and other players ping's

* WhitelistCustomMessage - X - X -> Ability to change the "You're not withelisted on the server"

* Give - /give <block/id> - vinecore.give

* TP, TPHERE - /tp, /tphere;/s - vinecore.tp vinecore.tphere

* Vanish - /v;/vanish - vinecore.vanish -> Make the player completly invisible to the players who don't have the permission vinecore.vanish

* StaffChat, AdminChat - /sc, /ac - vinecore.staffchat, vinecore.adminchat -> Private chat between staff members and admins

* Report - /report - vinecore.receive.reports -> A player can reports other players and staff can see why he reported this player. (60sec Cooldown between each reports)

* Chat Management - /mutechat, /unmutechat, /clearchat, /chatdelay <time> - vinecore.chat, vinecore.chat.bypass-> Mute the chat, unmute the chat, clear the chat, set a delay between each messages, can be bypassed with the permission vinecore.chat.bypass

* MOTD - X - X -> Ability to change the server MOTD (with lines etc)

* Chat Filter - X - vinecore.filter.view, vinecore.filter.bypass -> When a player say a word that has been added in the config, his entire message will be sent to the player who have the permission vinecore.filter.view, if the player have the permission vinecore.filter.bypass, he will bypass the filter. * Notes - /note add, /note delete, /note see - vinecore.notes -> The player with this perm will be able to add notes to player, these notes will be showed to the player who have the permission every time when the player logs on the server. Example: http://prntscr.com/f896jy

* Fly - /fly - vinecore.fly -> Fly mode

* RemoveLag - /removelag - vinecore.lag -> remove the entities on the ground

* Tppos - /tppos <x> <y> <z> - vinecore.tppos -> tp to coordinates

* Enchant - /enchant <enchant> - vinecore.enchant -> enchant items

* ClearInventory - /clearinv <player> - vinecore.clearinv -> Clear players inventory

All of the messages of the feature can be editable in the config/language file, and has to support color codes. I want it FULLY customizable

Half of these could just be public plugins, like Essentials, MOTDManager, and some notes plugin on MCM. I guess custom is better, but when there are free ones out there that are good quality, whats the point of paying?

I can make this all with skript, and it also takes less ram

And MOTD & whitelist message can be changed in default bukkit/spigot files.

Most of these features can be done by essentials and you can change the MOTD and the whitelist message can be changed in the spigot files.
