Gmail help

so basically I was scammed out of a minecraft account around 2 months ago, today I ended up pulling the email back using the email creation date and gained access I changed the passwords on the mojang account added sq and I added a recovery email on the gmail and a recovery phone. Today at 4pm AEST this Sandro looking dude pulled the email back and now I can’t, idk how he pulled it back he doesn’t know anything not even the creation date.

Any suggestions getting it back and securing it without him pulling it agian?
