Also, "reputation" is not a number. Its an intangible value. the value of each vouch depends on the reliability of the person vouching. which is why numbers are meaningless. Many people still mistake ratings for reputation as well.

I made up this "Rep" System to show trustworthiness. Someone who's not pleased with his builds can give a -1 Rep.

well, best of luck with it. I don't think most people will look too closely at it to be honest. but on the other hand, it may turn out to work and solve the reputation/ratings problem.
