1. Logos or avatars (I think xD)

I personally like hand-drawn logos and avatars, I think a lot of people do too.

1. Thread Designs, Logos, Avatars, Icons (Buycraft, Server Icons), Banners
2. PayPal by far
3. Handdrawn/Illustrated for server related stuff, vector/flat for everything else (business, thread designs etc)

Although I would like to mention that success on mcm is more defined by quality and pricing than your specific style.
