Going to sell this.. Should I charge or make it free?

I'm in the process of writing an eBook that has detailed information for people looking to start a server who have little to no experience in servers. I'm almost done with chapter one.

Was wondering, should I charge money (thinking like $5) or make it free?

I'd recommend making it free. It's basically common knowledge how to get started. Unless you will provide information that isn't easy to get and can back that with the point of a successful server, then make it free. Else, you may charge even more than $5.00.

I heard paid will, not free. If it's free there's no risk. Wouldn't make sense.

I'm not staff so I don't really know but I'd assume paid ones.

Banning free ones wouldn't make sense.
