Gold Hoe - Block Breaker

I use the Landlord plugin for claiming
And will block the recipe to create the gold hoe
What I need: a plugin that makes gold hoes bypass landlord letting them right click a block to break it for a new way to raid. all blocks are 1 hitObsidian takes 8 right clicks and the Goldenhoe block breaker has 16 uses .

So the hoe lets you overclaim claimed blocks? HMU on discord ImranDoet#2682, I can spend a few hours on it

no, right clicks a block to break it and turn it into item entity to pickup

but it ignores claims?

Imagine the plugin that causes damage to obsidian with tnt, priority over claims yet only damages tnt. this plugin uses a golden hoe to right click blocks to cause damage (6/6 health for obsidian etc), breaks all other blocks in two hits by right clicking,

Right clicking makes a message appear in chat stating health of the block you clicked with thehoe, once its health runs out it breaks and drops itself. i use Landlord for claims
