Good 1v1/PvP Plugin with rating

Hey guys,

I am searching for a good pvp plugin for my brand new Duels server.

I want that the plugin has the following:

- a top 10
- Lose/gain 1 rating on win/lost on a 1v1/duel
- ratings should reset once a month
- Be able to add maps and kits. (kits should be different for every map)
- When 1v1 ends, should be sent back to spawn.
- able to join with signs or GUI.

The budget could be negotiated cause of the rating of people on MCM.
