I'd recommend OVH's mitigation.. I've ran several 500 players servers using it and some with more players.. People say that it's bad but that's because they don't know how to actually set it up properly, TCPShield even runs on OVH's Game lineup of servers to take advantage of OVH's Game DDOS mitigation, They just use a couple of extra rules to protect against a few other attack types. I'd recommend using an OVH machine from their game lineup and you can feel free to DM me for help on setting up mitigation. I would also recommend using TCPShield but the only problem with that is if someone manages to get your machines IP address then they can completely bypass any 3rd party protection services which is why I'd recommend using both an OVH game machine and TCPShield or Proxypipe.
