Good Designer to meet my needs

Hello all! I am Xines, I am asking this community if their is a designer who can design a discord avatar for me.

What I Need:

I want a:

- Dark/Mysterious looking figure
- With lightning coming out of his body
- With Dark, glowing eyes
- Looks like something Assassins Creed would do XD
- Must have a hood aswell

I know, I am 'totally' creative.

Terms:

I must be able to see the product while being worked on, so I can make sure I like it, since I don't want to be paying for something I don't like.
Half of the money is sent when the picture is sent, then the other half will be sent.
