Hey guys, I'm Fluxty, head admin of Good Gaming's Minecraft server. I'm looking to build a team of experienced players/server owners that can meet with me frequently to talk ideas and pave the direction for our server.
If you like the idea of being brought on to a heavy-duty dedicated server ready to accept thousands of players at the snap of a finger, this is your chance to get onto something, that with your help, can become the next big thing in Minecraft.

As most of you already know, it's incredibly difficult to grow a player-base on a fresh new Minecraft server without spending thousands of dollars. I'm currently performing all work on the server, including development, maintenance, networking, AND advertising (plus outsourcing!). I've been doing this for the last two and a half months and I'm quickly realizing this is a job that needs more than one mind.
I'm looking for 4-5 people who are experienced and at least somewhat successful running Minecraft servers to help me out both with the workload as well as simple discussions and feedback about the server and what it needs to grow. We are currently looking for volunteers, but as our community grows our budget will increase and the opportunity for upgrades is very high.
P.S.: We're also looking for volunteer developers, builders, helpers, and pretty much everything else.
Instead of thinking of this as a job, think of this as an investment of your time. If you can help us push this server through the in-zone to gain a small/medium sized player base through advertising & development discussions, you have the potential to do something you love for pay. It's not difficult to come on board, there's no form or resume requirements. Just give me at least a paragraph (the more info the better) letting me know who you are, your past experience/success in Minecraft, and why you want to come on board (any reason is okay!) If you want to include a resume, feel free to do so but it is completely optional.
Thanks for your time, if you have any questions feel free to reply below and I can shoot you my Skype.

A Bit of Background
Good Gaming Inc. (majority-owned subsidiary of CMGO) is an esports tournament/e-learning platform designed to give amateur gamers the resources and exposure they need to thrive in the competitive world of esports. In the past, we've went as far as to have tournaments sponsored by Blizzard, and in the last couple of months the "2.0" platform opened up, which is where game servers were introduced to the platform (ongoing development).
