Money is not an issue, but ideally I would like to stay around 1.5k?
I would really like performance but also exterior looks. Thanks for the help!

Decent? You can build something pretty good with $1kGaming and laptop don't mix and isn't worth it at all. Take it from someone like me who's gamed on a laptop for a few years before switching to a desktop recently. While a monitor, mouse, and keyboard can set you back a bit, you should honestly be able to build something decent with just $1k.
I was replying to MarkElf, thank you..Not true.
If you are really wanting a gaming laptop, I highly suggest this laptop: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/razer-...N91xfG1iPi9aA07fuDBoCCVAQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
If you are not interested in razer for whatever reason, I suggest this: https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/del...ref=p13n_system_pdp_eol&c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs
They are both very different machines (1080 vs 1050ti), but those are the two I suggest.[DOUBLEPOST=1529292659][/DOUBLEPOST]
He's not asking for a build, he's asking for a laptop
Hey, thanks for the reply. I have always been using crappy PCs so I'm not too familiar with the newer components and such. The specs for the dell sound enticing and the razer is just a bit over my budget....Not true.

Both use a 1060 which is on the lower end for AAA games but it should be able to handle most games at 60fps high/ultra settings, though I'd pick up the dell and replace the HDD as it's really slow (5400RPM) for a 2.5" ssd (~500gb should be plenty) or ideally an m.2. (500GB) if the laptop supports it and keep the HDD for bulk storage (pictures, etc). Dell also has faster ram, not that it'll have as much of an impact in an intel build compared to a ryzen one. A quick skim of the dell page mentions "NVMe PCIe" though ask tec support if the dell laptop supports m.2. ssds.https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/new-dell-g7-15-gaming/spd/g-series-15-7588-laptop/dncwfsb902s?selectionState=eyJGUHJpY2UiOjExOTkuOTksIk9DIjoiZG5jd2ZzYjkwMnMiLCJRdHkiOjEsIk1vZHMiOlt7IklkIjozODAsIk9wdHMiOlt7IklkIjoiR1NSMTVJTSJ9XX0seyJJZCI6NTcyLCJPcHRzIjpbeyJJZCI6IkZHMDAwMSJ9XX0seyJJZCI6NTUsIk9wdHMiOlt7IklkIjoiR05DM1RGWCJ9XX1dfQ%3D%3D

which is better?
Sorry to ask for so much but could you please show me where I would find the best HDD? I'm really new to the gaming scene, but thanks so much for the help. Again, if you aren't going to be moving around a lot, I still strongly recommend getting a regular computer.
TL;DR - Dell option is way better, get an m.2 ssd though.

Also, what about iBuyPower? Is it legit?
Gee, thanks a lot. I learned so much just from this thread! Thanks a lot, I think I've made my choice:If going down the Harddrive path, I'd pick up a 1tb Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM or western digital blue. It should run for about $40. 2tb runs for about $60 though 1tb is more than often enough for several games. It should just require you to open the back of the case and replace the sata and power cable from the old HDD to the new one and secure the HDD back into the case. If you can afford it, a 500gb ssd (m.2) is ideal for games with longer loading times and should just be able to be plugged into an m.2 slot.
Ibuypower - just like most prebuild offering sites - offer fairly overpriced systems as you're mostly paying for the brand name. They do love to throw in a lot of discounts and free items (mouse pad, cheap headset, etc). I've never heard anything bad about their customer support so that's a plug. Generally, though, the dell one you picked out seems to be a solid deal so long as rgb/flashy keyboards and name brands aren't a priority.
