Good guys to start a faction server, maybe one of the greatest.

So a few months ago i started working on a faction server, and damn it looks good.
Two years ago, i had 2 minecraft succesfull servers but because of my degree, i had no time so i quited. But my passion came back and that's how this server started. I never owned a minecraft server that is not in my native language, so my partners need to know english good, because as you can see i am not the greatest in this language.
My ideea is to have a partner who have some time to manage the server and an admin for start. Me and my partner will split the profit every month from the server, because it needs some investments in starting the server (host, forum, ads etc we gonna split this too xd)
