My family is switching out our wifi and we're not sure what company to go with.

Basically I'm trying to be a pinger to Badlion with around $70/month. Any tips?

Whenever I put my info in it brings up time warner cable. Which is what I have now :/

It may be that time warner cable is the only ISP in your area specific area (maybe the cable controlled by the other isp suggested ends 3 miles from your doorstep?). It's an unfortunate thing in a country as large as the US, in the less populated areas there's often only one decent ISP who controls the whole cable.

MAY be. See if you can find a tool that links you all ISP's you can get, not just the 'best' one.
