Good Laptop Recommendations ($300-$500)

I'm just looking to get a laptop so that I can do some Photoshop & occasionally play minecraft, any good recommendations? Not the best at this, but let me just tell you I'm not using anything mac that you send to me.

Lenovo thinkpad t430, it's built like a tank and I've seen benchmark where it gets 100fps in mc, u could get an i7 model for about $400 on ebay
