Heya. I may sound a little blunt during this but there are many reasons why which I seriously cannot be bothered to explain.

We've currently gotten through 4 managers, 2 of which have worked scarcely and the other 2 haven't (Shoutout to them two Zacey Jaii). I am actively looking for a manager that will be able to help out during the development of the server by doing the following things:

Community Management,
Staff Management,
Marketing Management.

I don't want random, new managers which have absolutely no clue what they're doing and I don't want people that aren't going to put a gram of effort into anything you're paid for.

You will be paid a generous amount depending on the work asked on a bi-weekly basis. We expect a high-quality work ethic and activity with positive fluctuations and irregular negative fluctuations.

Managers are expected to socialize with myself and my co-worker on a regular basis in terms of hopping into calls, messages and daily or at the most, bi-daily updates.

You will be interviewed, you will be asked many many questions about past experiences and many other things so please be prepared.
