A xenForo license for a website like MCM costs around $140. To also get a good theme and some addons you're looking at it being around $200. Enjin costs a monthly amount of $10 or so I believe.
You won't get any good looking forum for free unless someone is extremely generous and you use a different software which users won't be familiar with.

You won't get a custom website for free (before you hit on me, by custom I mean fully HTML and not those website builders) it takes days, if not weeks, to build such website, nobody will invest so much time into something boring to help some random guy they find on a forum.
