Not sure how this is news? Not to offend or attack Eclipse and her personality, but as a staff member I’ve never had a noticeably good experience with her overall.

Eclipse to me has always been very helpful i dont see why shes being hated here. I feel like the majority of the staff do a good job and its just the fact theres a lack of staff that people might not see it like this

Nah, what you and a lot of other people need to realise is, is that there's a difference between what you want and what the staff need to do as part of their jobs. So when someone calls a staff member or members out, I can really only laugh

I wouldn't know much about the situation but not everyone will like each other. In this case if this "Eclipse" did something that the community heavily disagreed upon or didn't like at all could change the situation. Most of the MCM staff I have met so far have been nice and friendly.

Never called her out or whatsoever. Perhaps you’re right but I have however experienced some pretty petty warnings for things that are common, which is rathe unusual and never happened in the past. I appreciate the work she puts into her staff duties, however it overall seems like she just wants to get it done with, which is a red flag
