I'd recommend the Motorola Moto G. After three years im still using it and it's really worth the price, you can get it for $50 on sites like ebay I think.

Id recommend either a nokia brick or a samsung galaxy s3 mini or s4 mini which ever you like better

My new LG G4 came in the mail yesterday. It was $160 Shipped from eBay. It is Manufacture Refurbished, though... Truly an amazing phone! Link

If you can find a decent ZTE in your price point they are actually one of the best budget phones you can get!

Whatever you do, in your price point - Stay away from Samsung AND Apple. The price to performance just is not there!

Also - from personal experience stay away From Alcatel. They are horrible. I had their last years "Flagship" The frame cracked and completely ruined it!
