Good spigot for prison?

Been told to get Elapsed Spigot as I was also looking for something but don't need anything like Hyperion/Steller since they are mostly used for cannoning. Elapsed gives you enough but for a cheap price.

I was also told to check out breadspigot I know it’s Skyblock but ?
Honestly I wouldn't suggest using any of these random spigots.
If you are to use anything other than Paper I go with Beer (Factions/$)/Elapsed (Factions$)/Stellar (Factions$$)/Hyperion (Factions$$)/Zephyrus (Skyblock Jar$$)/ Bestle (Everything $$$$)
However I'd personally go with Elapsed for just a prison server. If you have many features like Skyblock and have the money you can go with Zephyrus but I have no personal knowledge of the quality.
Most prison servers only need optimizations with block breaking and maybe some stuff for pvp.
