Mate, there are people with loads of experience and tons of reputation doing this for free. What makes you different?

I would highly recommend the addition of a small CV/Resume of experience and the removal of the charge rate for a higher chance of receiving offers. 10c/pl to 50 is a small enough amount that it's menial and may as well not be charged (also this is an impossible flat rate as playercounts fluxuate), especially if you do not offer a CV to give prospects an idea of what they're working with.

Additionally, I'd rework the thread for grammatical fixes. Good luck!

Like what the others have said, what experience do you have?
Any staff managers/owners want to see some previous staffing before they choose you specifically.

Also, I don't think any server owner would pay you to be a staff member.
