Good way to get a small PB?

I have a server that had 5 - 10 PB and then ran out due to there being a large glitch and Votifier was being buggy, Votifier is now fixed but still whenever someone joins the server there isnt anyone on and so they get bored and leave and so that continuously happens..

Just trying to figure out how to revive my server :)
