Web-Hosting ~ If your new to VPS's/Dedicated Servers they usually have a panel where you can upload your website files and publish your site more easily

Thanks for this help. I'll probably stick with a Web-hosting as it would be much easier. If I buy a website do I need HTML code to make the website or are there just tools you can design and develop with?
