High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Is it good enough to run a factions server? Why and why not
Yes if you get the right one and you set it up right but it would be hella expensive.

If he is then no, the free tier can't really support a minecraft server.

I mean it can, maybe not something as big as Hypixel or Mineplex, although they do have variable compute with AWS for when they spin up microservers for minigames

Free tier is literally less than one GB, I'd be lucky to run a heavy discord bot.

I'm talking about the $375 in free credits you get.

Not ideal to minecraft servers, a bit expensive.
(Free plan)I tried hosting a second bungeecord there (first one on ovh) just for testings then like 100-500 players joined and googlecloud canceled my plan cuz they detected it as a ddos attack or some shit like that.
Maybe works for a very small server.

The bandwidth cost is the problem with google cloud since it's not included in the price. I believe it's over $50 per TB used.

I would not choose the most popular service, because the server cannot be started on the free version, and the paid one is very expensive for object storage. It is preferable and cheaper, as for me, to use distributed storage https://juce.cloud/, they have an excellent price plan.
