No russian would replace the "o" in gopnik with a russian "f". Too many special characters used to seem legit instead of a wannabe.
Dude I know it's the letter for F, but guess what, there aren't many Russian speaking people on here yehh? Most people on here would just assume that is an O yeh? Maybe you should take into account that it's just a stupid font/gimmick yeh? Do you even speak Russian or know the Cyrillic alphabet? Are you even Russian enough to be that offended?
