What would have better quality on a gopro 1080p 30fps or 720p 60fps

(Biking,swimming etc)

I would not get either of those, get a newer one with at least 1080p 60fps as it is more current and even now being slowly outdated, the older ones are kind of a waste of money at this point as you will have to update in a year if you want it to look nice.

But between those two, 720p 60 fps looks better, speaking from personal experience.
If you shake too much, 30fps is all just a bunch of blurs.
