Got a dispute

I sold a semi a couple of weeks ago and I wake up to find a dispute on PayPal. The dispute was that the transaction was unauthorised. Any idea how I should fight this dispute? Also would PayPal limit my account if I tell them that I’m selling minecraft accounts?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Say it was a digital item, And was delivered to the customer successfully. Also tell them the customer used a VPN because people can put on a VPN and send the money then charge it back later. This is bannable I think.

How would I include the necessary proof? They usually ask for the serial number of the digital item and download link/ proof etc[DOUBLEPOST=1541320014][/DOUBLEPOST]If I do mention that I’m selling accounts, will my PayPal get limited?

Just don't mention that you're selling accounts.
I once got a dispute but won it because they didn't buy on a VPN. Just hope that they weren't on a VPN.

Some people are just selfish unfortunately, and with PayPal justice doesn't always work out. I'd follow what previous have said, show messages of the agreement ect, and hope he didn't use a VPN, good luck!

The agreement includes clear specifications of me selling a minecraft account

Yeah well then as I said, hopefully you're ok! Go through the process PayPal ask you to follow! You should be fine.
