Cops can put two and two together quite easily, and then come the criminal charges for the kid who jacked my paypal. Know what that means? Apply to college: denied. Apply for most jobs: denied. Against the law, breaks the computer usage act I believe (?) but either way I would wait and keep checking see what he's up too maybe even contact him and tell him a list of websites he has been on and make our he has a virus you sent him. Even if he resets his computer you still have his password and can carry on trolling. Just don't say you have it.

Just a heads up, this is very illegal under the CFAA, and for all of you saying the law won't care, I'd recommend reading this. That article talks about a very recent case of someone using a password without authorization.
