It is not the staff team's fault that you didn't wait 20 minutes between your advertisements, your actions on your account are your own responsibility. Set an alarm or look at the clock every time you advertise if you want to do it exactly every 20 minutes without being warned.

In the future, we will no longer be telling users whether it has been 20 minutes since their last advertisement or not when asked. Instead, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not advertising too regularly.
