Well, I don't want PP knowing I'm conducting transactions via F&F (could that get me into trouble?) And two, I need to give my dad's SSN and I don't think he wants that.

If it's not his name on the PP account and you put in your dad's SSN your PP account is fucked. Your account will be locked for using a fake/stolen SSN. Your best bet is to call them and tell them that you have been scammed. They will most likely get it resolved for you.

Ive won over 10 chargebacks. Make up a story on how your brother got onto your computer and sent money to his cyber friend. Then tell them that it wasnt authorised by the owner of the account "You".

It's my dad's SSN hooked up to his bank + his name on it. I just use it.

Then have your dad call them and have him make up a story. You will most likely win, PayPal is pretty good about getting money back, most of the time...

I doubt he's gonna win the CB considering he didn't pay on a VPN and he sent F&F.

The same thing happened to me but with $200 I was paid for a cape. The guy was unverified and a week later without me doing anything, PayPal released the hold because "There was no unauthorized activity found after investigating the transaction."

Is he verified? Are you verified?
